oh my goodness! y'alla re coming out of the woodwork, i am so excited! i love her! ohhh the meridians is easy, it really easy. at first it was a bit daunting to me but you will love it! adn i LOVE the five minute energy routine. i put the balancing of my meridians in there too :) it lasts longer than five minutes though lol

As I mentioned I did attend a workshop with her. It was an amazing experience.

Donna has had psychic vision her entire life, but as an empath, she developed various health problems - like MS. She decided to figure out how to heal herself I guess, initially she studied the Touch for Health method, and became quite adept with that. Her work still centers around applied kinesology (which is what Touch for Health is), but she has added much to that, including work with charkas, with the grid level (i.e. the kathara grid :-) and an interesting phenomenon called the vivaxin syndrome (just to name a few!). A quick review of the innersource website will probably give a good overview. Her DVD's are inexpensive and well worth the investment.

Donna found that by using energy (muscle) testing (a.k.a. applied kinesology), she could make visible to others the state of a person's energy and the changes effected -- which she can see directly in the energy field. And for those of us who do not have her highly developed vision, we have a way to test what techniques are needed, and when they have corrected problems. This makes her presentation quite compelling as she teaches these techniques using audience members to demonstrate and the effects -- it is quite clear to everyone. It takes a lot of the "mysticism" of energy healing out of the picture, and makes it real for people who don't necessarily "get" energy. And the direct benefit to anyone's well-being can be felt very easily as well, especially if one uses the techniques consistentely. Yes, I most certainly can attest to it. I just wish there were more time in the day to employ all these marvelous teachings.
